Thank you for shopping with AniGlow Professional. We are committed to delivering your products safely, promptly, and with complete transparency. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our practices.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen logistics issues. We will certianly keep you posted in case of any unforeseen delay.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (All India):

    • Shipping charges vary with pin code and selection of products, final shipping price (And even if free shipping) will be presented at time of checkout. 

  • Express Shipping:

    • Available in select cities at an additional cost (will be shown at checkout if applicable)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your order status in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with multiple reliable and reputed logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In case a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we will attempt to contact you. If re-shipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please:
