Prior to shipping, each product undergoes multiple rigorous quality checks, ensuring zero risk of counterfeit goods. Returns Policy – Full-Size Products
We follow a clear “No Questions Asked” return policy for full-size products purchased from our website. Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the product remains unopened and untampered. To initiate a return, email us at care@aniglowprofessional.com and we’ll assist you through the process.
Cosmetics Note: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Reverse Pickup: Scheduled within 24–48 hours; pickup occurs in 4–5 working days.
Post Pickup: A picture of the pickup invoice must be emailed to care@aniglowprofessional.com.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive returned items.
- For prepaid orders: Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque, post verification via email (care@aniglowprofessional.com).
Note: COD and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items from Kits/Sets/Combos and Clearance are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled while in the "Pending" status. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, email care@aniglowprofessional.com with your reason. We’ll confirm the cancellation within 1–2 business days via email.
Note: Individual items from a Kit/Set are not eligible for return or replacement.
